1. Data controller

2. Data processed
- Data entered in the investor access form and in the private area: name, company, role, email, phone, country, investor type, search criteria (single-plant size, stages, technologies, regions, deal structures), messages.
- Data collected during contacts via WhatsApp, phone or email, and criteria set by our team on your instructions.
- Sending log: which teasers were sent to you, date and time you opened your personal teaser link, date of access to the private area.
- Date, time and IP address of the consent given in the form.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your request and managing your profile (private area, access links, intro call): pre-contractual measures at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Sending you teasers of projects matching the criteria you set, from deal@pipeline.solar: service requested by you, Art. 6(1)(b). You can stop them at any time through the link in every email or in the private area.
- Logging teaser sends and opens, to avoid duplicates and know which projects you viewed: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
- Complying with legal obligations (accounting, tax, requests from authorities): Art. 6(1)(c).
Fields marked as required are needed to provide the service. There is no automated decision-making with legal effects: every send is decided by a person.
4. Recipients
Data is processed by the controller and any authorised collaborators. The hosting and email provider acts as processor. Your data is shared with a project owner only if you ask to proceed on that project (for example to sign the NDA), with your consent. Data is never sold or published. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place only with the safeguards of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.
5. Retention
Profile and sending log: for the duration of the relationship and up to 24 months after the last contact or login, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Data needed for legal obligations: for the period required by law. If you opt out of teasers, we keep only the record of your choice in order to respect it.
6. Cookies
The public website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics. The private area and the staff panel use a single technical session cookie required for login, which expires when the browser is closed or on logout.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@pipeline.solar. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.
